From solar panel candidates, to efficient HVAC systems we deploy capital with the overall goal to prioritize energy efficiency. We understand not every mile of the city is equipped with sustainable transportation options. Therefore, we believe this approach helps and we value the efforts of our community to contribute to the environment in their own way.
Social Engagement
Our leadership extends its financial investments to benefit a wide range of organizations like the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) nonprofit. The HLSR promotes agricultural education, youth development, and community involvement. Special interest is directed to properties with potential to have a positive impact on the local community.

We understand that in order to maintain our strength in numbers we need our suppliers. Our suppliers code of conduct outlines the expectations and requirements in terms of environmental and social practices, as well as their adherence to ethical business standards and governance principles. This allows us to promote greater accountability and transparency across our entire value chain by protecting our reputation and enhancing our relationship with stakeholders.
